Monica Ross – Founder & President
Monica Ross, Founder and President of Virtual Bookkeeping USA, has significant experience working for a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses and independent contractors. She delivers expertise in all bookkeeping procedures, is knowledgeable with several bookkeeping software solutions (including ACCPAC, QuickBooks and MYOB), and is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She also specializes in helping couples with personal finances, making her a go-to for psychologists, counsellors, coaches and consultants.
The single mom/entrepreneur, known to have a big heart, truly loves bookkeeping. The most rewarding aspect of her job, she says, is helping clients enhance their lives and grow their businesses: “I know the freedom that comes from that kind of success!”

John Challes – Team Manager
John comes to us with over 30 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. He is proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, Desktop and Online. He has worked in many industries over the years such as Food and Hospitality, Construction, Service Corporations and most recently, the New and Used Auto Sales industry. He has also maintained books for multiple small businesses in a variety of services. As Team Manager he is there to assist our staff with any problems they may have to keep them working efficiently to the benefit of our clients.
Darlene Robins – Client Care Manager
Darlene’s role is to ensure that client files are accurate as well as providing one on one consultations with our clients to review their financial reports and answer any questions or concerns they may have. As passionate as she is about numbers, she is just as passionate about people and providing excellent service with an upbeat, positive attitude. Darlene comes with over 20 years of bookkeeping experience in a multitude of industries from manufacturing to retail and is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
Cathy Brun – Budgeting Manager
Cathy is our Budgeting Manager. She comes to us with many years working in the customer service industry with the last 5 years working at a major bank. Her expertise is numbers and money. She has a strong background in helping people with their budgets and finances.
Heather Barry – Bookkeeper
My name is Heather Barry, I have completed and earned my diploma in The Accounting and Payroll Administrator program at Eastern College. I am proficient in Excel and Sage and have excellent planning, prioritizing and organizational skills. My duties include Budgeting and Bookkeeping and I am looking forward to working hard and building great relationships with clients.
Debbie Kehoe – Bookkeeper
Prior to joining Virtual Bookkeeping USA, Debbie Kehoe owned her own bookkeeping service, working with clients from numerous industries. She’s well-versed in Simply Accounting and QuickBooks, and proficient in Excel. Debbie enjoys solving clients’ bookkeeping issues so they can invest more time enhancing their businesses and lifestyles. Her work is consistent, accurate and always on time.
Lorena Mallanao – Bookkeeper
I am a Certified Public Accountant, with more than 10 years of accounting experience. I am well versed in Financial Accounting, Management Reporting, Reconciliation, Bookkeeping and knowledgeable in Taxation.
Jessica Murray – Bookkeeper
With a diploma in Business Accounting, Jessica Murray’s duties at Virtual Bookkeeping USA include managing budgets, bookkeeping procedures and preparing period and costs statements through QuickBooks. Jessica appreciates and nurtures strong relationships with her clients, and is steadfastly committed to meeting all accounting needs.
Shane Ho – Director of Sales and Marketing
Shane Ho came to us with 20+ years in customer relationship building in a variety of industries, including insurance sales for TD Canada Trust. He has been supporting us with budgeting clients and other administrative activities behind the scenes for over 12 years. He’s now taking on a larger role in sales and marketing, and will be the face and voice of our marketing efforts.
Arianne – Bookkeeper
With over 9 years of experience in Accounting and Finance in a multinational environment (general accounting, treasury and banking, petty cash, and fund management) with combined knowledge and experience using various financial tools and systems such as SAP ERP, QuickBooks, Sage.
As a professional, I seek more on developing the right skills and practice good judgment on every decision I make to be able to produce work with honesty and integrity.
Jenna – Bookkeeper
With over 20 years of bookkeeping experience in a wide variety of client settings.
She is proficient in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Sage, Invoice2Go, PCLaw, esiLaw as well as a variety of payroll and time management software applications.
She loves a challenge and knowing that what she is doing makes a positive difference for her clients.
Rovilyn Deslate – Bookkeeper
Rovilyn is a Philippine Certified Public Accountant with 7+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, budgeting, Reconciliation, and Bookkeeping for clients and companies in different settings. She is proficient in excel functions and Quickbooks Online and has a good relationship with numbers. She is excellent at planning and organizing ensuring efficient and timely delivery of reports and client needs.
